"Customer satisfaction" has been more than just an advertising buzz phrase at the Gerald Jones Dealer Group. "My wife began working here three years ago," Andy explains, "and she oversees our Quality Assurance program. Each of our customers, whether they purchased an automobile or visited us for parts or service, receives a follow up phone call from us asking them to evaluate their experience at Gerald Jones. Andy recalls a telephone call to his home at two o' clock in the morning from a lady traveling alone who needed a tow truck. "She told me that my card was the only one she had in her purse and she didn't know who else to turn to at that time," he relates. "I was able to contact an emergency repair service for her, and I phoned a friend of mine who lived in the area where she was stranded. He drove to meet her, and waited with her until the emergency vehicle arrived. A few days later, her husband, who had been out of town at the time, phoned to thank me. Hello Friends,
We have reach the end of another month! I have not hit my Internet goal this month so tomorrow if you come in and say Misty I read your blog! I will give you an additional $500.00 off any New or Preowned vehicle. I know I'm crazy because you all know that my prices are like already 500 lower than the competitor. I love my customers and I am willing to give a little more to get a little more. Hello Friends,
This week has been great so far, beautiful weather and great customers. This weekend will be Paddle Fest downtown to all of our Subaru customers who would like to attend. I will have more info on it as the week progresses. Everyone know how fast Lady A sold out so we are in process of attempting to get some tickets if it works out then we will be having a contest to win them! Saturday is free car wash day for all Gerald Jones Customers don't forget or you can just stop in and see me and I would be happy to swap some Keys with you!

Monday!!! Last Day of the Month
Wow today is my fist day back from Vacation and even though vacations are great being back at work is nice! Thank you to all my customers who were loyal to me while I was out and still did business with Subaru/Volvo. Today is the last day of the Month and I am getting really crazy on prices so give me a call and make me an offer, never know what I will do. Thank you for a great month.
